The grind is real.. Got to put in work to see results. 1 year & 3 months worth of progress in this picture. The struggle is real though, it would be so much easier to just eat the donuts and pizza and just lounge around in my easy chair. But I have goals that I need to accomplish. I have a goal of 235 that I am moving towards, the reason that number is significant is that weight I weighed when I got out of High School and headed off to US Navy bootcamp. This is also that weight I was when I got out of the Navy over 20 years. But my ultimate goal weight is 205 lbs, which is the weight I was when I got out of boot camp. But this time I will be in way better shape than I was back then.
