Tried something a little different today for my non lifting days. I went for bike ride on my single gear bike. It has been awhile since I rode a bicycle, like maybe a year or so. I ended up going farther than I thought I did this morning, but My knees were sure feeling the burn. I’m going try my 21 speed bike on Thursday and see how that goes. #workinprogress
