I was going to start this off with the usual 1st of the year type post, but I won’t.
I’ve been working on this project of mine, you know me for a long time. I get really close to my goals and then things just happen and the next thing you know is I am pushing myself back from the milestones I had already completed.
This year I am going to try and get down to the goal weight I have in my head for of 235, I ultimately have a number of 205 in my head but I am not sure I can get down that low, or if I actually want to. I have this body image in my head of what I would like to look like but I am not sure of what the actual numbers would be for that image. I want to get my body fat percentage down as well, I am thinking anything below 20% would be awesome.
Today started back on my almost 100% Carnivore diet, I will be having some vegetable here and there, but I am really trying to stay away from the carbs or at least be the lowest carb I can.
Wish me luck as I continue down this path towards my goals this year.
