My 2nd 90 Day Challenge is done! I am very happy with my progress. Sure it could have been more, but I didn’t stress my out over the course of the challenge, and I didn’t try to kill my self in the gym either. But I was able to come up with balance for the gym and my daily life.
Here are the numbers from my challenge.
I started on March 11th 2019 at 246.6 lbs with a fat mass of 30%
I ended on June 9th 2019 at 242 lbs with a fat of 31.2%
Today also marks 2 Weeks till we go on our Anniversary/Honeymoon trip to Cancun.
