Project_CRH "90 Day Challenge" Round 2
STARTS NOW!!!!!! Mar 11th to Jun 09th * Try and stick to the Carnivore Diet as much as possible
* No Soda
* No Candy or sweets
* Running thru the full MAPS Anabolic (RED) Workout program

1st 3 Weeks I’ll be doing the MAPS Anabolic (RED) Workout Pre-Phase that looks like this:

Barbell Squat: 2 Sets of 12 reps
Body Weight Lunge: 1 Set of 16 reps
Barbell Deadlift: 1 Set of 10 reps
Barbell Bench Press: 2 Sets of 12 reps
One-Arm Dumbbell Row: 2 Sets of 12 reps
Dumbbell Shrugs: 2 Sets of 12 reps
Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 2 Sets of 12 reps
Seated Bent-Over Rear Delt Raise: 1 Set of 12 reps
Hammer Dumbbell Curls: 2 Sets of 12 
Standing Calf Raise: 2 Sets of 25 reps

I will update you as the program changes to the other Phases with the new exercise routine.
