Project:CRH “90 Day Challenge”
Today starts my own personal 90 Day Challenge with myself, between now and Feb 24th I am going to do the following: * Try and stick to the Carnivore Diet as much as possible
* No Soda
* Cut back on Rockstars (1 a day, 2 on workout days)
* Add Accessory Exercises to 5×5 Workouts
* “Trigger” Type exercises on Non Workout Days
* No Candy or sweets

I am starting this challenge at one of the hardest times of the year to give up sweets.. Christmas season has begun, that means there will be holiday sweets showing up at the office. This will be a real test of my will power. I know in the end, this challenge will be great.
