Weekly Recap from bodybuilding.com for last week!  Shoulders
You put in another solid effort with your shoulders, doing a total of five sets. They were only a small piece of your weekly regimen, making up 19% of your workouts. Your shoulder lift of choice was standing military press, with an average of 45 lbs. per set.

Middle back
With a total of five middle back sets on the week, you put in a nice workout. All five of your middle back sets came from bent over barbell row exercise. It was a good lift with an average of 65 lbs. per set.

Chest
Every now and then a lighter week can be helpful, but make sure to come back strong next week. With your chest, you totaled just five sets. Barbell bench press - medium grip, at an average of 45 lbs. per set, was your only chest lift.

NOTES:
* Going to the gym once is hard. Going day in and day out is harder. Your level of committment has lead to a noted increase in your quad. Good job!
* You did one hamstring exercise this week. Oh yeah!
* After it was all said and done, you lifted 90 lbs. with your hamstrings over the course of the week.
