This might not seem big to some, but this is huge for me… I went from not being able to do a regular squat, to being able to doing 5 sets of 105lbs for 5 reps each set.
And being able to pull a 205lb Deadlift is pretty amazing for me too. I am sure I can do more, but I am taking it slow.
