Starting the new year off getting back on track and grinding!!! Going to try something new this time around. I do not have a weight goal in mind that I want to reach or a certain I want to attain. I am going to be doing more of a functional fit mentality, I will increasing my every day movements and working on what types of foods I eat and when, But I am not going to be sticking to anything rigid or strict.. For example, if I go off the rails everyone once in while. I know I will need to increase movement and decrease intake for a little bit. But it will not be the end of the world if I decide I am going have a big meal or some dessert. I have no plans to do any competitions or things of that nature, I am working on something that will ultimately be attainable for me. 6 Months from today will be my 45th birthday. Looking forward to seeing where I am then.
