Weekly Recap from bodybuilding.com for last week!
ABDOMINALS
You were extraordinary this week at the gym. You did 15 ab exercises, which is over twice your weekly average. You also did a total of 33 sets. Accounting for five of your 33 sets, plank was your prime lift.

CHEST
You did four chest exercises, and let's be honest, you were a wolf amongst sheep during the workouts. Of those eight sets, three were dumbbell bench press, which was your top lift. During the exercises you averaged 40 lbs. per set.

TRAPS
You owned it with five trap exercises and 13 sets, both of which are over twice your weekly averages. You did many different trap lifts over the course of the week, but the top one was dumbbell shrug. During the exercise you averaged 95 lbs. for six sets.

NOTES:
* Your traps just keep growing with your average dumbbell shrug weight going from 62 lbs. to 95 lbs. in the last month.
* With 13 trap sets, you did more than your three-month average of 10. Way to get after it, man.
* Remember when you were lifting two lbs. per set when doing dumbbell bicep curl? Well now, a year later, you are doing 28 lbs. per set!
* The last few weeks of trap work have clearly been paying off with your strength increasing quickly. Nice work!
