ABDOMINALS
With two new personal records of 21 exercises and 53 sets, you had an awesome ab week. Weighted sit-ups - with bands was your leading lift, with an average of 15 lbs. per set. However, due to your great workout distribution, it only made up 15 of your 53 sets.

CHEST
You typically average three chest exercises, but this week you said, "forget that," and did an outstanding six exercises. It wasn't the top priority, but you still managed a solid chest week, which made up 13% of your overall workout. Barbell bench press - medium grip was virtually all of your chest exercises. You did 18 sets in total and averaged 110 lbs. per set. Word!

TRAPS
You just kept turning out trap exercises and sets this week. Six exercises and 15 sets are both new personal highs. With a total of nine sets, barbell shrug made up over half of your trap workout. In addition, you averaged 148 lbs. per set. Hell yeah.

NOTES:
* Nice work on the new personal record. You did a total of six tricep exercises this week.
* You hit a personal best with five calf exercises throughout the week.
* It's not every week you set a new PR, so give yourself a pat on the back. You completed six trap exercises.
