ABDOMINALS
Perfect, mind-blowing, and incredible. Any of these could describe your ab week after you set new personal highs with 10 exercises and 26 sets. You did an excellent job of mixing up your ab workouts, with 10 of your 26 sets coming from your leading lift, crunches. You averaged five lbs. per set throughout the exercise.

BICEPS
Get this buddy some water because he was on fire at the gym. You achieved personal bests in the number of bicep exercises with five and sets with 50. Of those 50 sets, 16 were barbell curl, which was your top lift. During the exercises you averaged 23 lbs. per set.

CHEST

It was a good chest week for you, with 35 sets and three exercises in total. 10% of your weekly workouts involved them. You did many different chest lifts over the course of the week, but the top one was cable crossover. During the exercise you averaged 24 lbs. for 15 sets.

CARDIO

Good work on maintaining balance between cardio and lifting. Keep it up!
