CHEST
Like Arnold has always said, "pain is temporary, pride is forever." After your amazing week you must be feeling very prideful. You totaled 42 chest sets over five exercises. You had an awesome distribution among your chest lifts with your prime lift, barbell bench press - medium grip, only making up 12 of your 42 sets. You averaged 33 lbs. per set throughout the exercise.

SHOULDERS
It doesn't get much better than doing 50% more than your average number of shoulder exercises. You did a total of three exercises, and 9% of your workouts included your shoulders. Out of your 20 shoulder sets, half were from your sets of upright barbell row. You hit 10 sets in total, and you averaged an awesome 38 lbs. per set.

BICEPS
Your biceps must be feeling it after this week's workouts. Your two exercises were much higher than normal, while you also did 12 sets. Out of your 12 sets, six came from alternate incline dumbbell curl, for which you averaged 23 lbs. per set, making it your best lift from the week.

CARDIO
You were a cardio machine this week, hitting a new personal best with four cardio exercises. Oh yeah.
