This is the end of the from bodybuilding.com I started the challenge on January 2, 2017 weighing in at 260.9lbs and 12 Weeks later I am now at 241.4lbs. Looking forward to seeing where it goes from here now that I believe I have a handle on the nutrition side, and I have workout program that I like and doesn’t kill me mentally or physically.
