My 90 Day Challenge is done! I am very happy with my progress. Sure it could have been more, but I didn’t stress my out over the course of the challenge, and I didn’t try to kill my self in the gym either. I did what I would say was about 95% Carnivore Diet for the 90 Days, I worked out and average of 3 times a week. I would say that is the most consistent I have strayed on track and continued working out as well. Here are the numbers from my challenge. I started on Nov 26th 2018 at 267.7 lbs with a fat mass of 36%
I ended on Feb 24th 2019 at 238.8 lbs with a fat of 33.2% Today also marks 4 Months till we go on our Anniversary/Honeymoon trip to Cancun. I am going to relax for a couple of weeks, not go crazy in the gym and still watch what I eat. But then on March 11th, I am going to another 90 Challenge with myself to get ready for Cancun!!!!! #workinprogress l
