Day 15: Daily Motivation (Monday)
Here’s your Moday Morning Motivation!! Working out is all about counting… Counting Reps and Sets… But most of all counting the weight you are lifting.
Last Wendesday I went to Deadlift what I thought was 185lbs… This morning when I went to Deadlift again, I realized I had misread the plates last time.. So instead of 185lbs, I ended up doing 205lbs.. Which is the heaviest I have done in awhile! I am 30lbs away from reaching what my PR (Personal Record) is for the Barbell Deadlift of 235lbs. #workinprogress
