Like Lemmy says “You win some, lose some, all the same to me”
I’m slighty from last week, but I am ok with that. I am very aware of what i was eating last week and my activity level compared to the amount of calories I consumed.
The real trick is to understand that and realize that it is not the end of the world, as this is long process and the end result is what is more important. Sure it might take me a little longer than someone who has their diet dialed in and are more consensit with their workouts. But the point is that I am still going forward.
