Making Carl Great Again…
I think i’ve figured out my workout and diet that I am going to be able maintain. I am really enjoying working out again. I am seeing progress which is making up for the couple of months I took off towards the end of last year.
I started using the Stronglifts app for tracking 5×5 workout, I feel like I am going really good workout with totally killing myself in the gym.
Looking forward to seeing my progress as I continue down this path.
