Week 3: Day 5 Rest Day.. This is pretty much what happened to me. I got tired of being overweight and decided to do something about it. I feel better(even when I am sore from the weights), I have more energy and generally seem to be in a better mood. The hardest part of working out, eating better, or changing your life is dealing with that person in the mirror..
